SEC.01 / THE TRUTH

Why the script fails

The script you were handed

You decided to get serious about the gym. So you started looking. YouTube videos, fitness pages, a cousin who lifts, maybe even a paid plan. Different sources, same script. Chicken and rice. Chicken and broccoli. Cut the carbs. Cut the biryani. Cut the haleem. Cut the chicken 65. And at first you think, I can do this.

Week two

Then week two hits. You miss the daal. You miss chicken 65. You miss eating like yourself. First you question the script, then you start questioning you. It starts feeling like jail. All that sacrifice just to look a certain way. So you give up, you go back to your food, and the whole thing quietly dies.

Then life shows up

Ramadan comes. Samosas at the table. Sweets everywhere. Lassi, fried food left and right. Weddings every weekend, family parties on top. And you're left thinking, how am I supposed to handle all of this?

The truth

The problem was never you. The problem was the script you were handed. A dream that demands you change everything at once was never realistic, and it was never the right way.

What that means

You don't need a new identity or a new culture to build your ideal physique. You need a plan built for the life you already have.

SEC.02 / THE BLUEPRINT

The Ayyanics Blueprint

One system. Three pillars. Built around your life, not in spite of it.

01

Nutrition

Structure the plate, don't police it.

No obsessive calorie tracking. Your cuisine stays on the table; the proportions change. Protein anchors every meal, portions match the goal, and family dinners are part of the plan, not a cheat.

02

Training

Consistency over intensity.

Progressive, repeatable programming that compounds. Repetition builds the base, planned revision weeks protect the joints, and the standard is showing up, especially the weeks motivation is gone.

03

Life Fit

Deen and dunya are design constraints.

Prayer times, Jumu'ah, Ramadan, travel, late nights at work, designed in from day one, not apologized for. A plan that assumes your real life is the only plan you'll still be on next year.

Repetition

Mastery is doing the ordinary daily.

Sabr

Results are earned slowly, honestly.

Revision

What isn't reviewed is forgotten.

Istiqamah

Steadfastness beats motivation.

SEC.03 / THE COACH

The coach

Discipline is a choice.

Ayyan holding a weight plate in the gym

People assume discipline is something you're born with. It isn't. Discipline is a choice. It comes from the experiences you go through and what you're willing to learn from your own mistakes. That's a trait most people have forgotten.

I'm a hafidh. I went through full time hifdh and memorized the entire Quran. That's where I learned what discipline actually means. Not motivation. Not intensity. Showing up every single day, repeating what you did yesterday, and adding one page more.

By profession I'm a solutions architect. I build architecture for companies across the world. But what has guided me through all of it is being a hafidh. I took what those years taught me and carried it into everything I set my mind to. My career, the gym, and now this.

I've been tested. And it's through my tests that I found the gym. It started as the place I rebuilt myself. It became the place I learned something bigger. Discipline built in one corner of your life spreads to every other. The gym. My work. And now, helping you grow.

"Discipline is a choice. Once you build it in one place, it spreads to every part of your life."

SEC.07 / FAQ

Asked honestly, answered honestly

You've seen the other "online coaches." Ask away.

No. The Blueprint is built for you after the call, then actively coached, check-ins, form review, plan revisions. If you want a $40 PDF, there are plenty; this isn't that, on purpose.

No. Your cuisine stays; the structure changes. There will be seasons we tighten portions, that's coaching, not culture-erasure. The plan is built so a wedding or a dawat is a planned event, not a relapse.

No. You'll learn plate structure, portions, and protein anchors, a system you can run at any table, including your parents'. Food is meant to be enjoyed, within a structure that serves the goal.

Designed in from day one, training timing, nutrition around suhoor and iftar, and realistic expectations for the month. Ramadan is not an interruption to the plan. It's part of the plan.

The Blueprint is premium, high-touch coaching and priced like it. Exact investment is discussed on the call once we both know it's a fit, no games, no fake discounts, no pressure.
